Lost and Found
For any query regarding lost items in the Airport Terminal, you may make an enquiry to the Lost Property Office, located in the Check In Hall.

Luggage storage
Luggage storage facilities are located in the Departures Check In Hall. Rates per item vary between €3.00 and €7.00 per day. For more information, you can send an email to shannonlostandfound@bidvestnoonan.com or call at 087 0574354.
smoking area
At Shannon Airport, smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the Terminal building and close to the Departures Area.
ATMs
Find plenty of ATMs throughout the airport terminal.
APP
Passengers can download Shannon Airport application to get information about prices and others.
Baby changing facilities
Adjacent to toilets, find in the airport terminal ground floor dedicated spaces to parenting.
Information desk
Need some information regarding airport or any other kind of useful advices? Find the information desk located in the Arrivals Hall on the ground level.
Opening hours: 06:00 am to 11:59 pm.
You will also find the meeting point close to the information desk.
Prayer Room
Want to take a moment to pray before boarding your flight? There is a small prayer room available in Shannon Airport ground floor.
Mass is celebrated every Sunday at 08:45 am.
Tourist Office
Next to the car hire companies’ booth, there is the Tourist Office, where you can find useful information about tours, accommodation and many more!
Kiddies Play Area
There is a place for all family and especially kids, the Kiddies Play Area. It is located in the upper floor of the main terminal, next to the access to the lower level.
Mail Box
Find postal services, just for letter and postcards, nearby the WHSmith store in the Arrivals Hall.
