Shannon Airport Terminal Map

Historically, Shannon Airport was used for transatlantic flights between Europe and North America, becoming a key and strategic hub for both international and regional flights.

In 2010, the airport underwent several renovation works in order to upgrade their facilities.

Shannon Airport has a single passenger terminal split into two levels; the ground floor and the first floor. It is the main hub for Air Lingus national carrier, also serving domestic and international flights of many low-fare airlines, as well as direct flights to both Europe and North America, and holiday charters.

Levels

Shannon Airport has their terminal facilities and amenities divided in two levels as follows:

- Ground level: Find in the ground level the Arrivals Hall and to the right the immigration hall and the available services such as information counter, currency exchange, baggage carousels, rental car booths, left luggage, tourist office, lost property, food and drink concessions and retail shops. You can find also here the ground transportation options (car rental, taxi and bus). Access to the upper level by lifts and escalators.
